Our Story

A British family. A Georgia kitchen.

The British Pie Company was founded in 2013 in Pooler GA by Gillian Wagstaff and her three children. With Ed's skills as a baker, fishmonger and butcher, they brought authentic British food — including proper fish & chips — to the South.
